PUB Crawl Newsletter

Happy Monday, PUB Crawlers!

Apologies for getting this one out the door late— anyone else have a little case of the Mondays today? :)

I had a great time curating this newsletter per usual. I love to see so many folks stepping up to create and share resources— whether through the formal creation of groups like the NPC Community Asset Hub, through educational videos outlining pro tips on using Flow or Agentforce, or through tried and true how-to articles. There are many ways for the community to come together and support one another— thanks for reminding me of that this week!

Scroll on down for the latest and greatest from the Trailblazer Community!

Don't forget, you can have the goodness of the PUB Crawl delivered into your inbox each Monday morning by subscribing today!

Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. Allow NPC Gift Transaction Objects for Use in Account Engagement
    Ashlee Donahey (Arkus, Inc.)

Here's an idea to allow Nonprofit Cloud objects such as Gift Transaction, Gift Commitment, Program Enrollments, etc to be accessible in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) without the use of Custom Object Sync. This functionality was standard in Salesforce when Opportunities were utilized but has been lost with the use of NPC.
